Title: Sunridge March
Voicing/Format: Concert Band
Publisher: Alfred Publishing Co Inc
Composer: Hodges, Steve
Catalog #: 31694
Grade: 1.5 (EASY)
Series: Alfred's Challenger Band
Sunridge March is a terrific original march for concert or festival use. It's traditional style, counterpoint between the upper and lower voices, and key change make it ideal for teaching authentic march form. The use of syncopation, accidentals and various 16th note patterns make it more challenging than the grade 1.5 would indicate. If you're ready to take your band to the next level, this march is a perfect fit!
