This popular music classroom series now offers an advanced collection of songsand teacher lessons sequentially organized to teach the basics of pitch and rhythm through singing and games for upper elementary and middle school students. The song material consists of American folk and well-known children's songs. Teacher lessons are easy to follow and do not require previous training in Kod ly methodology. Pitch and rhythm concepts expand to include all tones of the scale, syncopa, dotted rhythms, and combinations of eighth notes and sixteenth notes.
