The quietly joyful strains of "Gloria in excelsis Deo" open this grace-filled Advent anthem. Jean Anne Shafferman has adapted Phillips Brooks's text "O Little Town of Bethlehem," and Lloyd Larson has brilliantly paired it with themelody from "Amazing Grace."
